Haloween Run

It was sunny and around 32 degrees for the run today.  The last few days it has felt a lot colder here in Alaska.  We were in the mid to high 40's for most of October.  Click here to follow the bouncing Brad and Michelle on the player (upper right hand corner).  This was the first run we have done in a long time that has been in traffic and the noise and exhaust fumes were really noticeable.  We could not hear the beeper on Michelle's watch it was so noisy with traffic.  Running on Ft. Richardson has been great - very little traffic and very quiet.
